Step 2: The Holding Company enters into a 7 year lease agreement with the current occupant of CENTRO MIRAFLORES whereby the investor receives attractive annual rental revenue over a period of 7 years.

Step 3: Following the termination of the 7 year lease agreement the CENTRO MIRAFLORES is sold as a freehold property and the investor profits from the sale of the property by the end of the 7th year.
